Defragment your computer:

With Defrag moves files for easy entry and often the least used files, using just the opposite. Also collects fragmented file and the group back together. You should defragment your computer every 10-15 days.

  • Go to the Start menu and select "All Programs"
  • Next, select Accessories, System Tools
  • Select Defragmentation
  • Check your hard drive for bad sectors and errors
